Introduce PI_CHANGE_REPORT_NARRATIVE (default off). When on, consume typed narrative bound to input digest only; malformed/timeout paths fully fall back without mixing fields or lowering server risk. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
