引导说明：AGENT-EXECUTION.md 由 host 以固定版本治理套件（dm-server governance init @ bd3a7de57a3a9e1a4495b94c5fa5c08d71e7be8c）生成并作为引导配置提交（执行器运行前必须存在有效配置；沿用 DM 采纳先例）；其余文件由实施单元生成。
