Pin the closed Agent-Native terminal guard

Why: Keep Agent-Squad on the Agent-Native revision that rejects both empty tool_calls and function_call terminals.

Evidence: Full Agent-Squad vet/test passed with the new gitlink.

Impact: Dependency gitlink only.
