Agent-Intent #8（eval v2）及其级联（Squad #21、Native #22）已合入；backend 的嵌套 pins 须携带对应头，否则 Dev check-pins 失败（实测）。
验证
go test -count=1 ./...30 包全 ok，无 FAIL。主任务：Dev 仓
