Pin distinct U3 r0.3 evaluation preparation

Why: The separately gated A01 trial needs a unique label and raw result file while preserving the consumed r0.2 sample.

Evidence: Backend 5f83454 label/output tests and prior Dev 6f91ca9 combination receipt are recorded with their exact SHAs; new exact-head validation follows.

Impact: Zero-paid evaluator code and report pin only; no provider request, merge or deployment.
