Fix r0.5 review evidence at synchronized candidate

Why: The task record must carry exact component, browser, PG, and combination results after main updates.

Evidence: Imported successful sync, twelve-browser, isolated PG, and make test/build receipts; Backend run3127.

Impact: Task record only; model quality remains NOT_RUN and PRs stay draft.
