Record r0.6 review fixes and replay evidence on the task card
Why: The independent r0.6 review requested changes; two code findings are fixed and the third needs a user decision. Evidence: make test-pins pins ok and mechanism Playwright 12/12 on the task-owned instance (SELF receipts imported by make evidence). Impact: Task card only; pins UI fadabce, Backend f24a610 and Frontend 6f8e7ec were moved in the preceding transport commit.
