Summary

  • RDM agent deploy auto-starts companion <name>web; fail with ui-missing if workbench missing
  • Post-deploy UI HTTP 200 probe by source kind; --allow-source-switch for cross-kind redeploy
  • Fix static first-start pidcheck race; test_svc stub ppid watch to stop port leaks

Require RDM companion UI and source-switch gate in svc.sh 1032bb4bc9 
Why: RDM agent deploy left workbench htdocs unserved (prompt-only), so
environments like dev silently offered API-only 404 pages after a source
switch; static first-start also misclassified http.server as dead when
pidcheck was unset.
Evidence: CMD="make test-governance" make evidence (200 ok, 1 skipped; SELF).
Impact: rdm deploy auto-starts <name>web and asserts UI 200; cross-kind
redeploy needs --allow-source-switch; list/info flag missing workbench.

Stop test_svc stub HTTP orphans after SIGKILL bd14a9d678 
Why: the agent stub left python http.server children when tearDown
SIGKILL'd the bash parent, leaking ports 1880x into recover/identity
suites that share the same range.
Evidence: local suite re-run pending after this fix.
Impact: stub HTTP child exits when ppid changes (same as recover stub).

协调推进（2026-10-12 11:2x）：分支自 08:36 起停在陈旧基底（CI 失败为 #456 时代的 runner 无 ss 问题，main 已由 #457 修复），mergeable=false 阻塞下游 U9/U1/U3。已代为 task-sync 合入最新 main（merge 7e5cf55；tests/test_svc.py 冲突按并集解决——保留本分支的 urllib.error import），CI 重验后如绿将合入。如原会话仍在推进请在此说明。
