Close 1 merged task card(s) and archive them ... afe1b972c8

Why: branches merged into main had left their task cards open; backfill status and archive to prevent bookkeeping debt.
Evidence: fix-admin-user-create-contract.md(PR#583) — merges verified via git log --merges plus Gitea API squash lookup against origin/main.
Impact: .task/*.md moved to .task/archive/ with status backfilled; no code or submodule change.

Backfill acceptance results into the archived card ... af35904b49

Why: closure record should carry the deployed acceptance evidence and
remaining follow-ups.
Evidence: deployed-binary acceptance transcript (SELF); final-state
receipt preserved at /tmp/card-with-final-receipt-backup.md.
Impact: archived task card only.
