feature/rdm-phase-plan 任务卡

任务主记录：本 PR；子仓：Documents PR #41；owner：weichen

目标与非目标

  • 目标：把《智能体系统/further-objective》（01–13）描述的最终系统立为下一个大阶段目标，产出阶段总案 docs/proposals/2026-10-07-rdm-phase-plan.md：大方向与三条架构不变量、现状基线（实测）、架构裁定、P0–P4 五阶段方案（对齐 MS0'→MS4，含验收表）、风险与范围。
  • 受影响：本仓仅 modules/documents gitlink 推进到提案提交 b8eaa16，外加任务卡。
  • 非目标：不实施 RDM 或基座代码；不替组织项（O1/O3/O7、01 定稿）做结论；不合入权在 owner。

三条架构不变量（方案核心）

  • INV-1 双仓纪律：领域逻辑只住下游仓 Agent-System-RDM 与声明式插件；基座只经「扩展点申请 → 基座实现并发版 → 下游升级」演进。
  • INV-2 可退化不变量：RDM 一切能力以插件/声明式规格承载、挂一个装载开关；禁用插件 = 系统恒等于通用智能体基态，给出机器可核对的基态判定与「禁用态 e2e」测试形态。
  • INV-3 证据与验收纪律。

验证

  • 启动 precheck：verdict READY，R0=df2b72b4（2026-10-07T04:21Z，收据入卡）。
  • make test @ e698c646：exit=0（收据已入任务卡证据段）。

合入顺序

Documents PR #41 先合入，本 PR 的 gitlink 指向其分支头 b8eaa16；Documents 合入后本 PR 再合入。

Why: establish the authorized task workspace and its initial baseline.
