Close the Q1 task card（图执行全部七个工作包完成）

Q1 的交付链已全部合入 main（四个增量共 10 个 PR），本 PR 闭合任务卡并归档。

验收三条均 PASS：① superstep 边界杀进程副作用次数=1（attempt id + 产物校验的实证测试）；② 写同一工件的步骤不并行（写集字段 + 调度串行化的图层断言）；③ 文件 run 与 SQLite 不再双记步骤状态（engine-on-SQLite 实证：run 级 JSON 不落盘、状态经端口读回、第二引擎同库可用）。
证据：squad/adapters/backend 各仓 CI 在各自 merge 前 success（GATE）；Dev 分支多次 check-pins/make test exit=0；precheck/task-sync/make test 收据全部入卡；既有兼容网全程原样通过。
转后续（如实记录，不阻塞验收）：黑板可回放增量与 Reads 读集（Q2）、拓扑库（Q2）、platform task 队列本身翻译成 squad run（更深的产品合一）、SQLite 下 leader 模式端到端。

主任务卡随闭合移入 .task/archive/。

Mark the Q1 task card completed for folding 7d70086b5e

Why: All seven work packages are merged and all three acceptance
clauses are verified; the close scan only folds completed cards.

Evidence: ten PRs merged across the chain; make test exit=0 at
516cdf62; all module suites green.

Impact: Task card only.

Close 1 merged task card(s) and archive them

Why: branches merged into main had left their task cards open; backfill status and archive to prevent bookkeeping debt.
Evidence: feature-agent-stack-q1.md(PR#240) — merges verified via git log --merges against origin/main.
Impact: .task/*.md moved to .task/archive/ with status backfilled; no code or submodule change.
