modules/backend gitlink → EXT-9（Backend PR #106）：Host.KnowledgePublish（按 ref 幂等替换）/ Host.KnowledgeDelete（plugin:<自身ID> 前缀强制，manual 不可及）/ extension.Options.DisableUploadIndexing（RDM 存疑资料确认前不入正式检索的基座前提）；SurfaceVersion 2.2.0-experimental。

Backend 红→绿+全量 32/32（行在卡）；Dev make test×2、task-sync PASS；CI（GATE）核查后记录。

按用户目标级流程授权（含合入清理）：CI 绿后合入。
