Why: 用户指令「将快慢双速通道接入实际 Agent-Native，不要使用 Mock」。此前双速只有软性提示词；实测 MiniMax 对重文档任务一律同步长跑 150-192s、用户全程零反馈，中途单次 system-reminder 也被无视。

改动（Dev 侧 pin 级联 + 任务卡）：

Backend #128/#129：入口前置（带附件任务第 0 回合注入双速选项）、升级提醒（runtime.dualSpeedNudgeSeconds 默认 75s，超时未反馈未后台每 45s 重复最多 3 次、第二次起硬性措辞、注入带日志）、已答复/已委派守卫、子代理摘要与收件箱卡剥；
pin：backend 017b40f、agent-native c348441、agent-squad 490b0b2（三层级联闭合）。

Evidence（任务卡全量）：go test 32 包全绿（新增 8 测）；真实模型 6 轮对照（无 mock）：BEFORE 4 轮同步直跑（提醒 77-105s 注入日志实证、模型无视）；AFTER t+48s 委派后台、t+64s 用户收到即时反馈、进度卡 done/ok、通知回投、终稿干净；make test EXIT=0（95 ok）。

flags the container/Dev divergence (three-layer pin cascade).
Evidence: check-pins green after the bump (recorded via make test evidence).
Impact: deps/agent-native gitlink 3b92cb6 -> c348441 only.
