U1 收尾（Dev/Documents 侧）

U1（需求基线核对）RDM 侧已随 RDM PR #199（merge 9b1b78a）与卡闭合 #200 落地；本 PR 把合入事实回填唯一主记录并钉入 Dev 组合：

  • 方案 r1 状态行：「待人工评审」→ 已随 #340 合入（用户指令"解决冲突合入"即评审放行）+ U1 RDM 侧落地。
  • U1 进展段：矩阵入仓、README 基线核对（解释顺序+历史 PASS 不自动当前 PASS）、U0 accepted、十号「当前状态入口」。
  • INDEX 导航行：总体方案 r1 + 逐条矩阵入口。
  • Dev 钉入：modules/documents=ab6b36c（Documents 分支 feature/rdm-u1-dev-closeout 已推送）；PROJECT.md 方案行状态更新。

证据

完成声明三段输出（precheck / make test）由 evidence 工具写入任务卡 .task/feature-rdm-u1-dev-closeout.md（SELF）；本 PR CI 为权威 [GATE]。跨仓 gitlink 变更已经本地组合验证（make test 含 pins/test-worktree）。

边界

纯文档+gitlink；U2 起实施未启动。

Resolve the documents gitlink conflict with the U5 scope proposal ac4921da48 
Why: 并行任务经 Documents #70 推进 gitlink 至 72a098a，与 U1 回填 ab6b36c 分叉；在子模块内合并为 eb22335（双方 INDEX 行共存，无文件冲突）。
Evidence: Documents eb22335 = merge(ab6b36c, 72a098a)，分支已推送（SELF）。
Impact: 仅 modules/documents 指针。
