Why: the completed task card is already preserved in the archive on this branch.

weichen af9f92d28c Close the execenv deployment task card 
Why: PR #606 merged the sandbox interpreter fix and the authorized 8788 deployment is verified.
Evidence: main contains PR #606; run 3702 passed all required checks; deployed env doctor passed and local/external 8788 serve the new assets.
Impact: marks the task complete and archives its card without changing product code or submodule pins.

Why: PR #572 merged successfully and the completed task record must be archived without leaving bookkeeping debt.

Evidence: PR head 8228043 passed run 3363 test, test-pg, and svc-realcombo; main e8d3e61 has the identical tree.

Impact: Archives only feature-agent-cli-enforcement.md; no other task card is modified.
