weichen	d9e8b25184	Record the fresh sync receipt in the L1 cleanup summary card ... Why: The merge gate requires a fresh authoritative-main sync recorded in the task card before merging into main. Evidence: make evidence receipt appended; task-sync re-verified sync_base=aa9f98d (current main) changed=0 at 2026-10-20T11:53:24Z. Impact: Task card bookkeeping only. weichen	7755d64979	Register the L1 cleanup summary card with task metadata ... Why: task-sync/evidence tooling locates a task card by its branch metadata line; the summary-only card was invisible to the card lookup and its sync record could not be recorded. Evidence: card header added (R0 f979170, standalone, accepting_requirements=false); task-sync rerun after this commit writes the sync receipt into the card. Impact: Task card bookkeeping only.
