Evidence: agent-exec run receipt /tmp/iam-link-u4-run.json terminal_status=success, transport.commit=f01579890dcdb9280af32f0b663013fdd71c7f1a; host verification: 58 test files / 636 tests all pass; vite build successful.

Impact: U4 implementation complete in Frontend (5-second auto-discovery, capability-group UI replacing checkbox grid, creator/owner/member duties display, empty-list no-create, member-management entry hidden for unauthorized actors); U5 integration-tests is the next step.
