Why: The authorized r0.4 A01 exposed an unobserved stream terminator and an unsupported numeric relationship in the immediate reply. Evidence: Independent A01 assessment and fixed-head Backend/Dev CI are linked from the design and task record; relative Markdown links and git diff --check pass. Impact: Propose content-free terminal diagnostics and a source-safe host acknowledgement while retaining strict tool rejection and the original A01 quality gate.
