W4 U10 mutate 独立 flag 测试报告

一、测试背景 (Background)

U10 仅有 dry-run 脚手架。W4 要求独立 MULTI_INTENT_U10_MUTATE 的 dry-run→confirm 证据，且不得升 PLAN_TIER、不得带动 U11/U12。

二、测试目标 (Test Objectives)

仅 U10 on 时注册 mutate adapter
带 expected revision 的 Execute 产出 validated_only receipt；同幂等键重放；digest 冲突 fail-closed
缺 revision / 越权 key 零副作用

三、测试方案与环境 (Test Plan & Environment)

分支：feature/w4-u9-segment-live；Go 单测（无领域写）
Playwright：NOT RUN（dry-run 不改 UI；不升 confirm）
证据：.doc/test-reports/assets/2026-09-17-w4-u10-mutate/

四、预期结果 (Expected Results)

flag 隔离；receipt 幂等；PLAN_TIER=legacy。
