# W4 U10 mutate 独立 flag 测试报告
|

||
## 一、 测试背景 (Background)
|
||
|
||
U10 仅有 dry-run 脚手架。W4 要求独立 `MULTI_INTENT_U10_MUTATE` 的 dry-run→confirm 证据，且不得升 PLAN_TIER、不得带动 U11/U12。
|
||
|
||
## 二、 测试目标 (Test Objectives)
|
||
|
||
- 仅 U10 on 时注册 mutate adapter
|
||
- 带 expected revision 的 Execute 产出 `validated_only` receipt；同幂等键重放；digest 冲突 fail-closed
|
||
- 缺 revision / 越权 key 零副作用
|
||
|
||

|
||
- Playwright：**NOT RUN**（dry-run 不改 UI；不升 confirm）
