weichen 5f53f804e6 Constrain unsupported material analysis to cautious forms

Why: A model could put an affirmative approval before a late caution word and have the unsupported claim shown as analysis.

Evidence: Approval-behind-caution and task-prompt tests failed before repair; Backend full Go and no-paid live-tag mechanism suites passed after.

Impact: Keep a small set of cautious qualitative findings, replace all other free analysis with pending, clear model ancillary prose and bump material recipe to v10.
