## Test plan

Why: the deliverable workflow prompts call run_shell and run_python, but
those tools were not in the registered binary, so generation fell back
to text-only write_artifact.
Evidence: backend feature/exec-interpreters 2880b58; go test ./... 19
packages ok in modules/backend.
Impact: Dev gitlink moves to the interpreter commit. Merge the backend
PR before this one so the recorded SHA is on backend main.

Why: the sync helper appended its checkpoint to a different card, and the
combo test evidence still needed to live on this task's record.
Evidence: make test passed after backend 2880b58 (core, backend, frontend
40 tests, ui 68 tests, agent-command).
Impact: task card only.
Refs: task feature/exec-interpreters

Why: the task card is the review record and still had a placeholder for the PR.
Evidence: Backend pulls/33 and Dev pulls/113 are open.
Impact: task card only.
