U1：环境与数据归属合同（container-storage L1 子任务）

  • 方案：docs/superpowers/plans/2026-10-22-container-storage-plan.md（U1 小节）
  • 内容：manifest/svc 绑定基座/RDM/知识库三库、持久文件根与环境身份；错误绑定拒绝；deploy/data-ownership.md 归属清单
  • 验证：80 项目标单测 + make test-affected 574 项 PASS（SELF，见任务卡）
  • 独立 Review：REVIEW PASS、无阻塞项（docs/superpowers/reviews/2026-10-22-container-storage-u1-review.md，全新会话 pi-glm）；非阻塞 N1—N8 随 U2 收口
  • 注意：分支含临时路由调整（AGENT-EXECUTION.md，transport 0c8bea37），按评审 N6 须在 L1 最终交付前回退
